In 2023, Presley Healthcare acquired Pikeville Urgent Care as part of its mission to strengthen rural healthcare throughout Tennessee. Building upon that commitment, Pikeville Clinic joined the Presley Healthcare network in 2025, and the two practices officially merged into one unified healthcare facility operating as Pikeville Urgent Care. This integration brought together the trusted providers, staff, and traditions of both clinics while expanding access to comprehensive, patient-centered care for the community.

One of the most significant milestones in our history came when Pikeville Urgent Care was awarded a $2 million grant from the State of Tennessee to enhance healthcare services throughout Pikeville and the surrounding rural communities. This transformational investment funded a complete renovation of the former Pikeville Hospital, creating a modern medical facility designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of our region. The expansion also created new employment opportunities while adding advanced diagnostic services, including digital X-ray and CT imaging, allowing patients to receive more comprehensive care close to home without traveling outside the community.

Today, Pikeville Urgent Care offers a full spectrum of healthcare services for patients of all ages—from infants and children to adults and seniors. Our experienced team provides preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness and injury treatment, wellness exams, women's health services, occupational medicine, diagnostic imaging, and much more.
